JMT is the transformation of a 180 m² two-story penthouse in Santa Catalina, Palma de Mallorca, defined by a warm and contemporary Mediterranean design approach. Developed through the collaboration between architecture and interior styling, the project balances open, light-filled spaces with intimacy and comfort. Natural materials such as wood, stone and woven textures bring warmth and continuity, while soft tones and carefully curated furnishings enhance the calm and welcoming atmosphere. Conceived as a timeless urban retreat, the project reflects a sensitive approach to spatial harmony, materiality and understated sophistication.
