Can Santa is the restoration and transformation of an 18th-century Mallorcan estate that had remained abandoned since the 1950s. The project focused on preserving the property’s historical character while carefully introducing a contemporary Mediterranean living experience. Original architectural elements, natural materials and rustic textures were maintained and combined with a restrained and timeless interior approach. Rooted in the surrounding landscape, the spaces reflect a balance between heritage, simplicity and modern comfort, creating a calm and authentic atmosphere closely connected to the Mediterranean countryside and its natural environment.
