Modules of varying sizes form a spatial system unified by a continuous bamboo roof. The spaces are constructed from organically shaped rammed earth, creating a natural and durable material expression. A circular plan is used, as this geometry has proven effective in many African and tropical regions. Its reduced surface area compared to cubic forms limits heat gain and improves indoor comfort. The curved roof further enhances natural ventilation and supports efficient rainwater drainage through its continuous slope. This combination of modular organization, sustainable materials, and climate-responsive design creates a simple but effective architectural system. It adapts to its environment while reinterpreting traditional building methods in a contemporary way, integrating passive cooling strategies, sustainability, and culturally rooted principles into a coherent design approach for hot and arid climates.
